Booking and payment process:

Tiger Encounter is a sister concern company of Trekkers Paradise Pvt. Ltd. Trekkers Paradise is a government-authorized, registered, licensed, and bonded trekking and touring operator in Nepal. The company registered number is 221608/076/077 & Government TAX no: 609599761. We are members of the Trekking Agency Association of Nepal (TAAN), Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), Bird Conservation Nepal (BCN) & Department of Tourism (NTB). Therefore, the book the Trekkers Paradise trip with confidence as we are reliable.

10 percent of payment in advance and other necessary documentation like passport copy, passport size photos, travel insurance policy, arrival, and departure flight details can be made later but must not exceed within two weeks’ period from the booking date. Payment is to be made by bank transfer, western union. The remaining trip cost can be paid whether in cash or by bank transfer when you arrive in Nepal. Furthermore, we put forward the necessary modes of payment details as per your convenience by mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once the advance payment is made, in the eventuality of Cancellation, the entire amount will be retained towards cancellation charges of arrangements, logistics, and permits; wherever applicable.

If you cancel your trip, please be informed that the 20% deposit you made upon booking the trip with us will be considered as a trip cancellation fee. And this policy is effectively applicable right after you confirmed your booking with us. The 20% deposit is nonrefundable.

And if you have paid more than the trip deposit, we shall reduce the 20% trip deposit from that amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If your trip gets canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, war, or unfavorable climatic conditions, we will arrange another trip for you. So even if your trip won’t be the one you had chosen, your money will not go in vain.

INCOMPLETE TOUR

We are not liable for any refunds in case of any incomplete safari, tour, wildlife expedition, whatever the reason from the customer’s side.

RISK AND LIABILITIES

All of the Nepal, China, and Bhutan tours are conducted under the strict rules and regulations of the tourism board of the respective country. We are not liable for any changes or cancellations of the trip under unavoidable circumstances like change in the rules and regulations of the country, any government restrictions, natural disasters, political instability, cancellations of flights, delays, sickness or accidents, breakdown of vehicles, etc. Any extra cost incurred due to such circumstances shall have to be borne by the clients themselves. Therefore, travel insurance is highly recommended.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is mandatory to have a comprehensive travel insurance package for all our clients to join any of our adventures. The insurance must cover all the medical expenses, personal accidents, emergency evacuations, trip cancellations, loss of gear and natural calamity, theft of or damage to baggage, and personal effects.

POSTPONE THE TRIP

Written notice should be sent to us if you cannot travel on the allocated days due to any reason.

FREE TRIP POSTPONE: After confirmation of the trip, due to the COVID-19, if you cannot travel on the allocated dates, you can postpone the trip to later dates, whichever seems safe and suitable for you to travel again. You can choose any dates that are convenient for you and travel whenever you want. We are offering our clients a trip postpone without applying any charge.
