Our experienced trackers observe the forest and look for signs of wildlife activity, including animal tracks, alarm calls, territorial markings, prey movement and other clues.

Safari routes and timing may be adjusted according to recent wildlife activity, weather, season and park conditions.

    BEST TIME FOR BARDIA TIGER SAFARI

    Bardia can be visited throughout much of the year, but wildlife viewing conditions vary by season.

    February to May is generally considered an excellent period for tiger and wildlife viewing, particularly as vegetation becomes more open and animals are often easier to observe.

    October to December can also offer excellent wildlife-viewing conditions following the monsoon, with pleasant weather and good visibility.

    Our team can recommend the best period based on your target species, photography goals and travel dates.

    HOW TO REACH BARDIA NATIONAL PARK

    The most convenient route is generally:

    Kathmandu → Nepalgunj → Bardia National Park

    You can fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and then travel by road to your lodge near Bardia National Park.
